The staffs were super nice and welcoming! They had shower amenities in the lobby that you can bring up to your room to use, the staff even recommended me which product is good ahaha The hotel had lots of Shohei Ohtani memorabilia so it's a good place for fans of his! The single room was spacious and they even gave yokan for each guest :) There were a lot of shopping and food places surrounding the hotel.

I didn't stay at the this hotel as I didn't want a room on a high floor. The staff went above and beyond to take me to another wonderful onsen hotel near by They were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly and ensured I had a wonderful experience staying in the area. Thank you so much🙏💕
